David Disser Biography

David Disser has a long history in both banking and mortgage banking. He graduated from Western Michigan University in 1987 with a BS in Accounting. He then joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as an auditor. Working with the FDIC, he was able to be involved with the mergers and acquisitions of the banking industry in the late 80’s and early 90’s.

Following his stint at the FDIC David spent over ten years at two mid-regional banks where he pioneered their retention marketing programs, specializing in the mortgage loan portfolios. His creative and successful use of analytics and data mining led him to found Customer Retention Solutions, Inc. in 2001.

By using superior analytics and carefully crafted marketing pieces, CRS has been able to develop campaigns that consistently exceed industry success rates. CRS’s marketing campaigns can be used not only for mortgage retention marketing but for opening up new mortgage opportunities with your other banking customers as well. David and CRS work continuously to improve the analytics and campaign strategies, allowing CRS to be successful in all rate environments.
