Since our founding in 2001, CRS has worked to constantly improve our customer retention process.

Using our proprietary program, we analyze our clients’ servicing portfolios at the mortgage level. The goal is to find economic benefit scenarios that match each mortgage customer’s needs and resources. Our program is evolving; we continue to refine our customer retention process to ensure we stay flexible and in tune with current market conditions.

  • Detailed Monthly Reporting – clients are provided a detailed set of reports tracking program performance and success
  • With risk management in mind, CRS tailors our “Mortgage Portfolio Filtering Process” to each client, ensuring their best prospects are contacted multiple times throughout the year
